How to get help

In addition to our normal, everyday work of AI pentesting, Admin2x also receives a high volume of requests for personal cybersecurity help, advice, mentoring, AI skill development requests, and incident response. To handle that volume, all requests must go through a support ticket system. Phone calls, text messages, and screen-sharing sessions are not a support channel.

Before you open a ticket

Search this site for your problem. Most requests we receive are answered by one of the guides here, and reading the guide is faster than waiting for a ticket reply that will point you to the same guide.

How to open a ticket

Send an email to support @ admin2x.com describing the problem. That email automatically opens a ticket, and you will get a reply with a ticket number. You can also open a ticket, or check the status of one you already opened, at the Admin2x Support Portal.

What to include

The more specific you are, the faster the ticket gets resolved. Include what device you are using (for example, "MacBook Pro M4", "iPhone 15" or "Samsung Galaxy S24"), what broadband ISP, cell phone carrier, or cloud service is involved, what you were doing when the problem happened, exactly what you saw on the screen (a screenshot is ideal), and which guide on this site you already tried, if any.

If you think you have been hacked

Open a ticket right away with the subject line "URGENT" and describe what happened. In the meantime, do not turn the device off, do not delete anything, and do not pay anyone who contacts you claiming they can fix it.

Response times

Tickets are answered in the order received, usually within a few days. This kind of support work is handled as we are able to fit it in alongside our normal paid AI pentesting client work.
